We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager to provide technical leadership, project oversight, and client engagement for transportation infrastructure projects across the New England region. The Impact You'll MakeProvide technical oversight and quality assurance for structural engineering design and analysis.Lead the planning, design, rehabilitation, and inspection of transportation structures.Develop and review structural design calculations and analysis modelsDevelop and review complete project deliverables (plans, specs, estimates) for all phases of designDevelop staged construction schemesPrepare written correspondence and reportsManage construction phase services, including submittal review and RFI responsesAssist in the development of project scopes and feesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with transportation agencies and key stakeholders.Serve as a trusted advisor to DOT clients throughout New England.Lead or contribute to proposals, interviews, and project capture strategies.Identify opportunities for growth within transportation infrastructure markets.Support recruiting and talent development initiatives within the region.
